On approaching the property there are double gates leading into a gravelled parking area with a double garage and dog kennel and run housed within.
From the gravelled parking area there are two steps leading up to a grassed area of garden, with a further five steps leading to an upper level of grassed garden. Garden furniture and gas barbeque provided.
Tyddyn Isa is located 1.5 miles outside the village of Carrog.
There are two entrances to the property.
On ground level there are French doors leading into a spacious hallway.
From the hallway, you can enter:
The kitchen, which is fully fitted with beech units and granite worktops, range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and microwave.
The Shower Room comprising of a 1200 x 800 shower tray with thermostatically controlled shower, with shower curtain, toilet and washbasin, also storage cupboard for domestic items, mop, bucket etc.
Bedroom 1 with double bed, wardrobe and dressing table.
From the hallway, there are four steps rising to the Dining Room, which is fully furnished with pine table and six chairs, welsh dresser, high chair, small pine table and games storage table/shelves. It has wooden floors and can be accessed from outside via a wide stable door.
From the Dining room a further four steps will take you into the very large Lounge with large inglenook fireplace and solid fuel log burner. Wooden floor with Wilton carpet square. Leather suite comprises of 3 + 2 seater sofas plus 2 armchairs, and also a further two seater settee. TV/Video/DVD.
To access the upper level there are eight stairs rising from the dining room to the upper landing.
Off the landing to the left hand side, you will find:-
Bedroom 2 with king size bed, dressing table, wardrobe, two bedside tables.
Bedroom 3 with two single beds, wardrobe, wash stand and bedside tables.
At the end of the landing there is a spacious bathroom comprising of bath with mixer shower taps, toilet and washbasin.
On the right hand side of the landing there is a cupboard that houses the central heating boiler and has linen space above.
Outside there is a gravelled pathway which leads to a drying room with tumble dryer and hanging space.
