A recently restored split level barn conversion comprising of a large spacious lounge with vaulted ceiling and superb feature inglenook fireplace and solid fuel log burner, three double bedrooms (1 downstairs),1 King size bed, I double bed and one twin, fully fitted kitchen, dining room with vaulted ceiling, upstairs bathroom and downstairs shower room. Outside there are enclosed gardens with outstanding views, double garage fitted with kennel and dog run, barbeque area and off-road parking. There is also a boot/drying room with tumble dryer and clothes hanging facilities.
The barn is fitted with its own hot water and central heating system. The property is fully double glazed to offer all year round availability. It has been decorated and furnished throughout to a high standard to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment.

General
For safety reasons and for the comfort of our guests, we operate a no smoking policy. Dogs are allowed by arrangement only. There is a covered kennel and run housed within the double garage. Visitors please note that as we are in a rural farming community, dogs should be kept on lead or supervised at all times.
All prices include linen, towels, electricity, oil, first basket of logs and a welcome tea tray.
